He/she is the one who plays a pivotal role in achieving the sales targets and generates revenue for the organization.
Goals:
- 6 Million or greater net sales for 2023 Design:
Brings professionalism and the ability to be the expert during the sales process.
Doing the design will be imperative to being able to advance your career at Whitewater Trusses and complete the projects that are sold.
Sales
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for adding partnerships through builders and suppliers - Know the sales process and be able to perform the strategies at a professional level - Track sales reporting:
weekly and monthly of your own production - Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status - Meet the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and execution - Work with leadership to generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives - Attend weekly and/or monthly team meetings with sales team and leadership - Ensure adherence to sales process - Set an example for team members and be a source of inspiration Design
Responsibilities:
- Know the design system and be able to execute as needed.
Training provided.
- Ability to work with detailed plans and complete the design on time.
- Quick learner with technology and have the ability to follow instructions.
Pay:
$40,000 - $55,000 depending on experience, with upward mobility in pay.
PLUS Bonus and Commission.
